Who we are
This website, blackkeypt.com, belongs to Black Key, a private tour company based in Lisbon, Portugal, registered under RNAAT 1206/25. Black Key is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
When you send an enquiry or booking request through the booking form, Build Your Tour or the Fátima quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred date, pickup location, group size, the tour and options you chose and any message.
When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.
When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit: the pages you see, how you arrived, your type of device and browser, and your approximate location (country or city).
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote and organise your tour. This is needed to take steps at your request before a contract and to provide the service you book.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as invoicing and accounting records.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data, we do not use advertising cookies and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Formspree: delivers the forms on this site to our email.
- Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept.
- Netlify: hosts the website and keeps technical server logs.
- Google Fonts and Cloudinary: deliver the fonts and images on the site, so your browser connects to their servers.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Where data leaves the EU, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if you book, to provide the tour. Booking and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Portuguese law. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that does not store cookies on your device.
You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to geral@blackkeypt.com and we will reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
